Shanshan Feng wins the OMEGA Dubai Ladies Masters
After four days of thrilling golf, The 2015 OMEGA Dubai Ladies Masters, held under the patronage of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has ended at the Emirates Golf Club. Taking home the title was OMEGA’s own brand ambassador Shanshan Feng of China, who shot a fantastic final score of -21.
The world number six fought through the tournament’s final day to beat closest rival Thidapa Suwannapura of Thailand by 12 shots. And incredibly, this is the third time that Feng has won the tournament in Dubai, in addition to the 2014 and the 2012 titles.
Along with her 75,000 Euro prize money and trophy, Shanshan was awarded with an OMEGA Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M Master Co-Axial 34mm. The timepiece features an 18K Sedna™ gold case with a glittering diamond-paved bezel.
Commenting after the win, Feng said, “This is a huge moment in my career. I’m obviously pleased to have played so well. To win again in Dubai feels incredible.”
OMEGA has been the title sponsor of the OMEGA Dubai Ladies Masters since 2009 which has been hosted by the Emirates Golf Club.
